Churchbridge’s history

Collection

Churchbridge began with the arrival of settlers brought by the Anglican Colonization Society, whose director and missionary was Reverend Robert Bridger. A local history written for the province's 75th anniversary, The First Hundred Years: Around Churchbridge, 1880-1980, traces the area's story back to those early years.
